- Identification of business processes – this is the first stage to improve the company’s operations. It includes analysis inside the company in terms of processes taking place in it. Its purpose is to identify basic, auxiliary and management processes. As a result of the conducted analysis, a company’s flow chart is created.
- Business Process Modeling – this is the second stage of the audit stage in which the analytical material collected during the analysis is transformed and subjected to optimization. By presenting business processes in the form of models, you can easily present the way the company operates, which allows you to identify areas that require support.
- Optimizing business processes – this is the last stage, which is based on the descriptions presented in the previous steps. The stage includes identifying threats, identifying the causes of the failure of current processes and determining their corrective measures. In order to improve the functioning of the company at this stage, it will be necessary to reorganize and optimize the processes taking place inside the company. The results of these activities are presented in the form of models and then implemented as a system support for business processes.

SAP Ariba

The SAP Ariba system is a solution available in the cloud model (cloud deployment).
The implementations are based on the SAP methodology for cloud solutions for SAP Ariba standard model and SAP Ariba SNAP model.
They are characterized by an innovative approach that shortens the project duration up to 12 weeks.
